Have you been frantically putting the finishing touches on your comments to the Exchange I regulations to meet tomorrow's deadline?  Or did you decide to forego submitting comments due to the quick turnaround time initially established by CMS?  Either way, we have good news for you - your deadline has just been extended to October 31!

To help you with those finishing touches or to help you get a jump start on your comments, here's a sneak peak at the comments we plan to submit. Of course we have many blogs on various aspects of the Exchange regulations including two by CCF consultant Dinah Wiley on how the regulations should be strengthened for immigrant children and families.

If you would like help drafting comments specifically related to immigrant children and families, please contact Dinah via childhealth@georgetown.edu.  For help with other aspects of the proposed rule, please contact Joe Touschner at jdt38 @ georgetown.edu.
